It's been an eventful couple of days. You have probably already heard the exciting news that Tahnee Atkinson from Perth won the 2009 Australia's Next Top Model. I'm so glad I was able to attend the event - it was a great final and I personally think either Tahnee or Cassi would have been worthy recipients of the title - both had very different talents and strengths but secretly for me I was happy a fellow Perth girl was the winner. Another girl I quite liked and think has potential is Claire who won viewer's choice. I went along to the after party and met with the girls - here are some pics of the set and with Tahnee at the after party ...
Earlier that day I met with Leigh from Lil Designs to see some of her new styles. Her vintage print has been so popular at stylepalace.com.au that I was ecstatic when she showed me her signature vintage print styled in a strapless maxi dress. I can't wait for the new designs to arrive at the Palace and here is a pic of my fave maxi dress ...
That's all from me for now. I arrived on Hayman Island today so will be looking forward to a few days of snorkelling, massages, yoga classes and lots of delicious food (the breakfast is apparently very yummy!).
